His Excellency Dr. Yusuf Al Hasan is the Chairman of ADCN Group. As a decorated leader H.E. holds several positions including Secretary General of Kuwait-Saudi Arabia Alliance Fund, Deputy Minister of Trade Relations, Chairman of ISABC, Chairman of GCC Trade Council, Governer of Europe-Middle East Investment Taskforce and Executive Vice Chairman of World Bank 5 Pillars Mission for the Middle East.
In addition, H.E. holds the position of Chairperson of the Board at As-Shuraa Financial, Cadena, ADCN Energy & Al Jassim Electronics Corporation (JEC).
H.E. Dr. Al Hasan holds a doctorate in Chemicals & Mineral Science from King Fahd University of Petoleum & Minerals.

His Excellency Dr. Said Sultan has been appointed President & Group CEO of ADCN and its subsidiaries in 2023. H.E. heads or chairs several subsidiaries, including ADCN Investments which focuses on financial investments; Cadena which is a technology company, ADCN Engineering Services which specializes in construction projects; Suntari Resorts which is a resorts chain in Maldives; Northern River Restaurant Group, which manages various food & beverage outlets; and ADCN Energy, which specializes in renewable energy generation.
H.E. Dr. Dhamija is the Honorable Chancellor & Chief Researcher at the Center for Engineering Innovation Institute.
In addition to a PhD in Data Science and Articial Intelligence from the Center for Engineering Innovation Institute, H.E. Prof. Dhamija holds a M.Eng in Computer Engineering with a specialisation in Data Engineering and Modeling from The University of Texas at Austin.
