Abu Dhabi – UAE, August 2022: Leading real estate development company, ADCN, has announced the appointment of ADCN Engineering Secvices as the first contractor for enabling works of its fully integrated residential community, ALIF.
The contractor will commence enabling works in September ahead of the launch of the community’s second phase, marking a major milestone in the development of ALIF. The signing comes in just 5 months after the successful launch of Cordoba, the first phase of the AED9 billion ($2.5 billion) community, sold out within a remarkable 4 hours of its release onto the market earlier this year in March 2022. The project remains on schedule for completion in Q4 2024.
